Liaise with families, social workers, GPs, district nurses, occupational therapists, and other professionals to ensure seamless, multi-agency coordination of care. Regularly monitor and adjust care staff rotas to optimise travel time and minimise unnecessary driving. Arrange and conduct practice-based spot checks for care staff to ensure adherence to high standards of care. Address and manage low-level complaints in line with company policies and procedures. Perform various administrative duties, including email correspondence, generating rota reports, attending meetings as required, and maintaining document organisation in compliance with GDPR.
