Summary

We are seeking a Catering Manager to join our dynamic team at The Genuine Dining Co. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our catering services exceed client expectations while fostering an enjoyable dining experience. Located in the heart of London, this position offers the opportunity to lead a passionate team dedicated to culinary excellence.

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of catering operations, ensuring high-quality food and service delivery. Manage and train catering staff to maintain exceptional service standards. Collaborate with clients to develop customized catering menus that meet their needs. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean kitchen environment. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations. Implement innovative ideas to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency. Coordinate logistics for events, including setup, execution, and breakdown. To over see and manage events

Requirements

Proven experience in catering management or a similar role within the food service industry. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team. Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions and team collaboration. In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
