We are looking for an Assistant Shop Manager to join our retail team, could it be you?

Based in the heart of St Nic's Arcade in Lancaster, this shop is the newest addition to our retail family, opening it's doors in April 2025. With a bright, modern and boutique style salesfloor on the ground floor, and with its own stockroom located on the first floor this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, delivering outstanding customer service and working within a busy and fast-paced retail environment.

The 28 hours are to be worked across 4 out of 7 days, working from 9.15am until 4.45pm.

This is a role that would suit someone with strong merchandising and customer service skills where you can use your retail flair to drive standards and sales. If you have an interest and knowledge of pre-loved goods and enjoy working with people and you are passionate about excellent customer service, then we'd really like to hear from you.

We are proud to have Shops across the Lancaster and Morecambe area, as well as Furniture shops in both Garstang and Kendal, and it is essential you would be able to travel to different locations as and when required to provide support.
