We require a dedicated Assistant Chef to join our team. Responsibilities
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
Help in the planning and execution of menus, ensuring a variety of dishes that meet customer expectations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations.
Supervise junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support during food production.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely service.
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and assist in inventory management.
Participate in training sessions to enhance culinary skills and knowledge of food safety practices.
Skills
Strong background in hospitality with experience in food preparation and production.
Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices within a kitchen environment.

Leadership qualities with experience supervising or mentoring junior staff members.
