Main duties of the job
Creating a Safe and Stimulating Environment:
Ensure the childcare setting is secure and conducive to learning.
Implement activities that promote physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
Key Person Responsibilities:
Act as a dedicated key person for specific children.
Conduct regular observations and compile developmental reports to track progress.
Building Positive Relationships:
Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents, carers, children, and staff.
Communicate effectively with parents/carers about their childs development and any concerns.
This role is all about making a positive impact on childrens lives and working closely with families and colleagues to support each childs unique journey.
