The Role:


As an Assistant Clinic Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our clinic, ensuring that our high standards of care and service are consistently met. This position offers the chance to work closely with a team of experienced healthcare professionals and contribute to the clinic's overall success.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in managing clinic operations, including staff scheduling, patient flow, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing patient inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Support the Clinic Manager in administrative duties, such as inventory management, recruitment, record keeping, and financial reporting. Participate in staff training and development initiatives to foster a supportive and knowledgeable clinic environment.

Requirements:



Experience in healthcare setting, in supervisory role. Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on patient-centered care. A commitment to upholding the clinic's values of compassion, excellence, and innovation. Proficiency in using medical software and Microsoft Office. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
