An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, ambitious and driven individual to join us as Assistant Club Manager.

The Assistant Club Manager role is at the heart of the business and you will be responsible for managing a team including Fitness Coaches, Personal Trainers and Cleaning staff.

You will be accountable for assisting the Club Manager in achieving key business KPIs as well as ensuring you provide a friendly, clean and compliant club for your members. You will ideally have previous sales experience with a warm personality, great problem-solving skills and a passion for Fitness!

Main roles and responsibilities :

Lead and motivate the club team in the Club Managers absence Execute sales planners to ensure KPI targets are hit Ensure the club is kept to a high standard at all time ensuring equipment etc is checked and compliant Assist the Club Manager in the day-to-day operations of the club Generate prospects and new member sales through building rapport, conducting an effective needs analysis and overcoming prospect objectives Manage club outreach activities to gain brand awareness and prospective members. Ensure all Health & Safety checks are completed Create a community feel within the club ensuring it's a place members want to be
About You :

Fitness experience desired Previous sales and or marketing experience desired Personal interest in Fitness is a must! Driven by targets Friendly, approachable individual with a can-do attitude Excellent communication skills Previous people management experience desired Must be available to work weekends
