The Role
West Ham United are looking for an Assistant Club Photographer who lives and breathes football - someone ready to capture everything from matchdays to training sessions to behind-the-scenes magic. You'll help shape the look of the club across the Women's Team, the Academy and beyond, making sure every photo feels unmistakably West Ham: bold, authentic and full of passion.

Your Responsibilities
Women's Team --
Lead the photography team on matchdays, training sessions and player features.
Deliver standout images that shape the way the women's team is seen across all club channels.
Collaberate with content and social teams to come up with new ideas for women's football storytelling.
Academy --
Capture the next generation of Hammers as they rise through the ranks, getting what could be their first shots in claret and blue.
Maintain a consistent visual style so the Academy feels like part of the same squad.
Help build a stronger archive of the club's academy prospects.
Club-Wide Coverage --
Edit and upload photography to Getty with a worldwide audience.
Support commercial goals by growing the image library for marketing and licensing.
Cover events, partner activations and community fixtures -- because West Ham's story isn't just told on the grass.
