We are looking for Construction Project Management personnel, from Trainee to Manager, to join our team. We are Nationwide, but the role will predominantly be South Wales & South West based.
The ideal world candidate would have:
Experience working in a similar role for a main contractor or a sub-contractor.
Experience in using Field view, 4Projects, Site Audit Pro etc.
Experience managing people.
Strong technical background.
Project Managers will need to:
Deal directly with our site teams and work with our supervisors to ensure work is planned and progressing as planned.
Managing the QA process.
Coordinating and checking the responses to any clerk of works type reports and ensuring issues are dealt with and responses issued in a timely manner.
Ensure we are building in accordance with manufacturers installation guidance at all times.
Produce fortnightly targets and report on them.
Product fortnightly mark ups for valuations.
Collate wages information.
Assist in the recruiting of all resource levels and relieving them of their duties if they aren't up to standard.
Ensure we are working productively on site.
Ensure H&S is maintained by our operatives.
Deal with site management teams, attend meetings (recording our own meeting notes)
Produce (at a minimum time frame) weekly site audit pro reports detailing all issues and potential issues.
Report weekly to Falcon Management
Record all issues with photographic reports
Request and Record all variations with site records of time taken, photos and drawing information and feeding into the commercial team.
Monitor and call off materials.
Produce regular scaffold request forms.
Monitor quality of the work proactively preventing poor work being built on top of poor work.
Ensure our operatives have and are building to current drawings.
