Diack and Macaulay Ltd are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented

Assistant Contract Manager / Contract Administrator

to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an

experienced or graduate civil engineer

looking to progress their career in project management within a well-established company who have now been operating for 45 years.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage information and upcoming works with key suppliers. Review works information and ensuring client and site staff are aware from a technical and operational perspective. Prepare and provide method statements and risk assessments to clients prior to works proceeding. Coordinate with site staff to ensure awareness of works prior to start dates. Manage and monitor the programme of works prior to works and during works. Review technical information and proposals to clients. Oversee quality assurance processes and documentation management from sites. Manage material proposals and orders.

Skills & Experience Required:



HND or Degree in Civil Engineering (or equivalent). Previous experience in managing civil engineering projects/schemes. Strong communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with site staff and clients. Organised, proactive, and detail-focused. A valid driving licence is preferred for site visits as required.
