We are now seeking a proactive and organised

Assistant Contracts Manager

to support our Contracts Management team in overseeing the successful delivery of soft landscaping projects and contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day management of multiple landscaping contracts and teams. Support the Contracts Manager in ensuring all projects are delivered on time, to budget, and to the required quality standards. Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to coordinate works efficiently. Monitor team performance and productivity, ensuring compliance with health & safety and company policies. Prepare reports, update project schedules, and manage documentation. Conduct site visits to assess progress and resolve issues on-site. Help develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Skills & Experience Required:

Experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or construction is preferred Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A practical, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Full UK driving licence is essential. SMSTS/SSSTS or other relevant H&S qualifications desirable but not essential.

Pay: 35,000.00-40,000.00 per year
