We are seeking a assistant contract Manager to work alongside the construction director to oversee and manage on going projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of IT systems. This role requires the ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders while ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
our main works are in around the London area, you will be able to work from home and manage your own schedule, we are in the process of looking for a office in and around the Thurrock area, we would expect you to be able to travel to the office when required.

Responsibilities
Manage the entire contract lifecycle from initiation to execution, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to clarify contract requirements and expectations.
Utilise project management tools to track progress, deadlines, and deliverables associated with contracts.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Ensure that all contracts comply with legal standards and company policies.
Monitor contract performance and address any issues or discrepancies that arise.
Prepare reports on contract status, performance metrics, and potential risks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes related to contract management.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook and Excel.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple contracts simultaneously.
Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively.
Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing.
Experience in IT or related fields is advantageous.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for reviewing contracts thoroughly.
Ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
