About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated and experienced assistant residential conveyancer to handle property sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages in England & Wales. As a self-employed consultant, you'll enjoy the freedom of remote work while benefiting from our established infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders
- Maintain accurate records and meet all legal and regulatory requirements .
Requirements:
Proven experience in residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage cases with remote supervision
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with remote working and digital tools.
We're flexible on qualifications; we require a minimum of one year's experience in conveyancing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 20,000.00-25,000.00 per year
