North Shore Academy is seeking to appoint an Assistant Cook to support the Chef Manager with the preparation and production of breakfast, break, lunch & hospitality services according to requirements.
The successful candidate will be required to support the Chef Manager, be competent and skilled to work in all areas of preparation, cooking and counter service in accordance with the daily menu whilst following the government guidelines. Maintain high standards of working practices within the trust and assist with maintaining all food stock levels, to include stock taking and stock rotation.
Deputising in the absence of the Chef and manage this transition through to all staff ensuring they are aware of their duties.
