Duties and responsibilities include:




Invoice administration - Importing sales invoices and uploading invoices into supplier portals Chasing for timely payment of invoices due via calls, statements, and reminders Payment allocation of bank receipts and managing invoicing queries Responsible for maintaining Payment plans and individual student payments on platforms like Paypal and Stripe etc - coordinating with clients and students on any missed payments. Credit card payment reconciliation. Liaising with Regional and internal departments regarding outstanding invoices Assisting Client teams with proforma upfront fees payments Help with supplier questionnaire / forms and on boarding process. Assist with Apprenticeship collections Cover for purchase ledger/accounts payable Providing ad hoc sales reports for various parts of the business Supporting additional work as reasonably required by management from time to time. Qualifications and skills - Essential




Experience working in a finance setting. Good Microsoft Excel skills - vlookups and pivot tables Proactive, organised, good communicator with ability to liaise with people of all levels Attention to detail, consistency maintaining processes, with a focus on efficiency and clarity



Qualifications and skills - Desirable




Experience of similar role within an SME Prior knowledge of Xero an advantage
