The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with committed and highly skilled leaders whilst also having the opportunity to enter into Trust Leadership in the future. As a Trust which is committed to talent spotting, nurturing and progression, this role may be suitable for current Curriculum Leaders, those new to Leadership or aspiring to Leadership.

We are seeking to appoint an ambitious Assistant Curriculum Leader for RE to play a full role across the whole age and ability range. A creative and motivated teacher, you will have a commitment to academic excellence through progressive teaching and learning styles. You will also have the drive and ambition to support in developing our RE Department into a leading Curriculum Area within the school, locally and nationally. The role may also bring opportunities to work in a Trust wide Leadership capacity.

We are looking for an Assistant Curriculum Lead who:


Has the highest expectations of teaching and learning Is passionate about RE Is a practising Catholic and supportive of the school's Catholic ethos Is creative and can inspire both inside the classroom and out Has the desire and ability to help children of all abilities and backgrounds reach the highest levels of attainment and progress Is able to work with the Curriculum Lead to enhance curriculum provision for pupils at St Bernard's
