The Role
We are looking for a
Dental Assistant Manager or Clinical Manager
, depending on experience, to work
full-time
in our clinic. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys responsibility, teamwork, and working in a slightly different clinical environment than conventional dentistry.
You will be
fully supported and guided
, especially if you are transitioning into a more senior or managerial role. Your main responsibility will be to support the clinical team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the clinic.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting dentists, nurses, and hygienists with daily clinical workflows
Coordinating day-to-day clinic operations and schedules
Assisting with clinical organisation, stock control, and treatment flow
Helping maintain high clinical, infection control, and patient care standards
Acting as a point of support between the clinical team and management
Contributing to a calm, organised, and patient-focused clinic environment
Who We're Looking For
A qualified dental nurse/assistant or an experienced clinical coordinator/manager
Someone eager to
learn, grow, and thrive
in a biological and holistic dental setting
Highly organised, proactive, and calm under pressure
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Open-minded, motivated, and interested in biological/holistic dentistry
Previous leadership or management experience is an advantage but not essential
