What you'll be doing (with our support every step of the way):




Helping review and improve our ways of working - making your mark by spotting opportunities for positive change. Delivering and supporting health, safety, environment, and food standards inductions - guiding new starters on their own journeys. Working with contractors on-site (like waste management and environmental services). Supporting the depot team with compliance issues - solving problems quickly and knowing when to escalate. Carrying out essential safety checks - from fire alarms and emergency lighting to cleaning schedules and PPE. Monitoring warehouse conditions and storage temperatures to keep everything running safely and smoothly. Preparing reports for the management team on training and compliance - helping keep us on track.

Enthusiasm and a positive attitude - someone eager to learn and grow. Great communication skills and a willingness to engage with people. An eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A real interest in health, safety, and compliance - and a passion for keeping people safe.
