Job Description

The Team:

Join a Global Leader in Data Centre Engineering

===================================================

Are you ready to shape the future of mission-critical infrastructure?

At Cundall, we don't just design buildings, we design change. As a multi-award-winning global consultancy, named UK Building's Engineering Consultant of the Year in 2024, 2022, and 2021, we're proud to be at the forefront of innovative, sustainable design.

Our dedicated Data Centre team is leading the way in making these essential buildings more energy-efficient, sustainable, and cost-effective. Working exclusively in this field, we combine deep technical expertise with a forward-thinking approach, influencing global standards and pioneering bespoke solutions.

Sustainability is the heartbeat of everything we do. Our ambitious Zero Carbon Design 2030 goal means we're committed to working only on projects that meet our zero carbon criteria by the end of this decade. If you're passionate about decarbonising the built environment and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you.

The Role:

This is your chance to play a key role in delivering high-profile data centre projects across Europe. Supporting our Senior Design Manager, you'll be at the heart of the design process; coordinating teams, tracking progress, and ensuring seamless delivery.
What you'll be doing:

Supporting the management of large-scale data centre projects. Coordinating design teams and tracking deliverables. Managing project tools and documentation systems. Organising meetings, workshops, and site visits. Liaising with commercial teams and contributing to QA processes.

You'll be part of a collaborative and supportive expert team with a strong pipeline of exciting projects. It's a fantastic environment to grow your skills and make a meaningful contribution.
The Skills:

You're proactive, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You communicate clearly, work well with others, and bring a positive attitude to every challenge.
Key attributes:

Degree in Engineering or Architecture (Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services preferred). Understanding of construction design processes and building systems. Strong MS Office skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate across teams. Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

At Cundall, you'll be part of a team that's not only technically excellent but also committed to sustainability and innovation. You'll work on projects that matter, with people who care, in a culture that supports your growth.
Ready to make a difference?

Apply now and help us build a zero-carbon future.
