We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and a background in construction and administrative tasks, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing various development projects, ensuring they are executed effectively while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
Responsibilities
Assisting the Development Manager to coordinate development projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
Provide on site support, including accepting deliveries, providing access and relevant information to suppliers, meeting with Housing Association representatives, (ideally) able to carry out minor on site installations, blinds, appliances etc
Collaborate with team members and suppliers to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements
Proven site experience, preferably in a managerial or administrative role.
Clean driving licence
Has their own vehicle
Excellent organisational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ideally from a building/construction background.
Reliable and trustworthy
