You will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working closely with a range of stakeholders, including senior leadership, project teams, and external partners. Qualifications: You will typically have programme, portfolio management and benefits certifications and advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of a range of planning and project frameworks and methodologies.



Proven experience in strategic planning and portfolio management, Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the health and care sector is desirable but not essential.
