Assistant Director SEND Funding - the successful candidate will have overall responsibility for securing and managing the distribution of EFSA and GLA funds associated with student bursaries, SEND and High Needs.
The successful candidate will have the ability to lead on developing successful strategies and processes to generate funding and maximise support for students, to meet audit and compliance requirements; and develop strong partnership working, ensuring the college understands the impact of the SEND reforms.
Minimum qual - degree level or equivalent is essential together with strong IT skills and GCSEs at grades A-C in English & Maths (or equivalent). Experience of SEND funding and consulting with Local Authorities. Working knowledge of data protection regulations and confidentiality requirements surrounding student information held by the College is a must.
