We have an exciting opportunity available here at Bouygues UK for an Assistant Document Controller to be based on a brand-new construction project in Exeter. This is a great opportunity for someone wanting to work in a fast-paced and busy site environment.



Although based full time in Exeter, the role would be to offer Document Control support to both our Exeter project and one of our London based projects.

Job Purpose and Scope:

To assist the Document Controller in managing all administrative and technical documents, including the control of documentation and administrative processes in accordance with Project Specific and Company Procedures. Also ensures that all users have access to the latest revision of appropriate documentation.

Key Tasks:

QC (quality checking) incoming documentation for the projects. Support Exeter sub-contractor queries as required. Assist in Document Control reporting. Assist with Building Safety Regulator Tracker maintenance for the Exeter project. Assist with O&M preparation for the London project.

About You:

Knowledge of Document Control. Experience of Viewpoint for Projects and/or Asite. Strong IT skills including MS Office Suite, SharePoint and Teams. Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
