About us



The Association for the Understanding of Artificial Intelligence is a charity with the aim of connecting the research community to the public by providing free, high-quality information about robotics and artificial intelligence (AI). We are supported by many of the main robotics and AI organisations (AAAI, IEEE RAS, RoboCup, ICML, EurAI, ACM SIGAI, and IJCAI/AIJ). Our websites, Robohub.org and AIhub.org, publish articles on a daily basis covering the latest news, research and expert opinion.

Your role



We are looking for an Assistant Editor to join us. You would be working with our Senior Managing Editor to help commission and edit quality content, and promote that content to the public.

Developing content:

Finding interesting work to cover Keeping an eye on the robotics news
Promotion:

Growing our social media following Fostering links with tech media outlets, other tech blogs, and mainstream media
This is a part-time role with flexible working hours.

Your skills:



Able to work independently and as part of a team Ability to work with online tools (Wordpress, Bluesky, YouTube, etc.). Experience in robotics, AI, or related field Excellent communication skills Experience in science communication

750 per month (18.75 /hr)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 30,339.00-36,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 10 per week
