As an Assistant Educator at N Family Club, you'll play a vital supporting role, helping to nurture curiosity, creativity, and confidence in every child. You'll assist our Early Years Educators in delivering the N Curriculum through play and meaningful connections, helping to create a warm, safe, and stimulating environment for all children.

What you'll be doing...

Support the delivery of the play-based N Curriculum alongside the room team Help maintain smooth daily routines - including mealtimes, naptimes, and play sessions Assist in setting up and tidying play areas and resources Support children's learning and development by engaging with them in play and activities Help carry out observations and assessments under the guidance of your room team Build positive relationships with children and families Ensure your playroom environment is safe, clean, and welcoming at all times Follow all policies, procedures, and safeguarding practices carefully
Work collaboratively with your team to create a supportive and positive atmosphere

Our Assistant Educators should have...

Experience working with children in an early years or childcare environment (preferred but not essential) Paediatric First Aid (12 hours) or willingness to train Up-to-date safeguarding knowledge or a willingness to refresh A genuine passion for early years education and helping children thrive A positive, can-do attitude and a team player mindset
Good communication skills and a love for customer service
