Job Summary

We are seeking an Assistant Electrical Manager to oversee and manage a busy electrical department. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects, Maintenance and repairs are met while adhering to safety standards and regulations. This role requires a strong background in electrical engineering, project management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments and stakeholders. Reporting directly to the Electrical Manager your duties will include

Duties

Manage electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Develop Maintenance plans, including timelines, resource allocation, Procurement of Electrical Equipment. Collaborate with engineers and technicians to design and implement electrical safe systems Conduct root cause analysis for any issues that arise during operation. Review and interpret schematics to ensure compliance. Supervise all Electrical work undertaken on site. Provide technical guidance to the Electrical team Maintain clear communication with contractors, and team members throughout any Electrical works.

Requirements

HNC/HND or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred. Experience with HV Networks is an advantage Strong knowledge of logic controllers and their applications in electrical systems. Instrumentation and pneumatic control is essential. Excellent organisational skills with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication skills to liaise with diverse teams and departments effectively.

Pay: 55,000.00-62,000.00 per year
