Location: Solihull
Salary: 35,000-40,000 per annum (DOE)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm

About the Role
Time Recruitment is partnering with a leading property management firm to recruit an Assistant Facilities Manager for a prestigious site in the West Midlands. This is a hands-on role supporting the Facilities Manager and senior leadership team in delivering exceptional service standards across a diverse property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance of commercial buildings
- Conduct regular property inspections and log findings
- Monitor contractor and supplier performance
- Assist in drafting and managing service charge budgets
- Ensure accurate utility meter readings and data management
- Maintain compliance with company policies and legislative frameworks
- Deliver outstanding service to clients and tenants
- Identify risks and escalate to management
- Suggest process improvements and support innovation
Ideal Candidate
- Proven experience in facilities or property management
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- IOSH certification desirable
- Full UK driving licence required
- Proactive, accountable, and service-oriented
- Comfortable with technology and change
- Values-driven with a collaborative mindset
