Duties and Responsibilities include

Assist the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure the Conference and Banqueting Operation runs smoothly whilst meeting and exceeding the Company's high standards. Ensure the Conference and Banqueting operations team provide the highest levels of operational and customer service. Work alongside all departments communicating efficiently. Assist in running a high volume of weddings throughout the year. Managing all aspects of Health, Safety and Food Hygiene. Providing exceptional customer service to our conference and wedding guests. Officiating the role of a "Toast Master" at Weddings & building a strong relationship with our wedding couples Recruit, train and develop your team to the highest standard Maximise Sales Opportunities and work closed with our Sales Team.
