Likely to suit a student studying finance or accounting or bookeeping or a recent graduate looking for part time work. An outgoing people-person skilled at dealing with practical issues, a person who starts and completes jobs and is capable of setting their own way and schedule of working in a busy yet fun filled coffee shop. The position requires someone 1 to 2 days per week or more depending on capabilities. Training and support given.
Support bookkeeping procedures, predominantly VAT reconciliation and invoice capture via FreeAgent and coordinating with our outsourced accountants
Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
Make and serve coffee and food as and when required
Work with staff on Social Media opportunities and website design
Coordinating office/shop activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies and legal matters such as Health and Safety
Work with team members to promote customer satisfaction
Manage correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
