Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to undertake the role of Assistant Financial Accountant within our Financial Reporting team. You'll work within a small team of Assistant Financial Accountants supporting our Senior Financial Accountants and Financial Business Partners. You'll play a key role in closing the month end, reviewing general ledger accounts, posting adjustments and maintaining working files throughout the process.


We have overall responsibility for producing statutory and management accounts and your work covers a wide range of the figures feeding into our assessment of financial performance and position.


????An AAT(Association of Accounting Technicians) qualified and/or studying for ACA (Associate Chartered Accountant)/ACCA (Association of Chartered Certified Accountants)/CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) or equivalent with experience of working in a finance team outside of practice is essential and we're looking for someone who is committed to doing things in the right way and comfortable working both individually as well as part of the team to support meeting our reporting deadlines.


You'll be working from our Eastleigh office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that's at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
