Key Responsibilities



Inspection of fire dampers

in line with current legislation and safety standards

Installation of access doors

into ventilation systems to ensure proper inspection access Perform

minor repairs

on fire dampers as needed

Maintain inventory

of personal equipment and materials Prepare and submit

written reports

on work completed Ensure accurate and up to date

record-keeping

of all tasks and site visits

Nationwide from home base

(Exeter)



Salary:

30,000 OTE

Regular overnight stays are a part of the role and will be fully covered, including accommodation and meals Some auditing work may be conducted outside of standard working hours, including occasional night shifts
