Key Responsibilities
Carry out inspection of fire dampers in accordance with current legislation and safety standards
Install access doors into ventilation systems to enable proper inspection and maintenance access
Undertake installation and repair of passive fire stopping in line with legal requirements
Conduct installation and repair of fire dampers, including any required ductwork modifications, in compliance with relevant regulations
Maintain personal equipment and ensure stock inventories of materials are kept up to date
Produce and submit accurate written reports as required
Ensure comprehensive and accurate record-keeping of all work undertaken
Effective and timely delivery of all assigned tasks to a high professional standard
