Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Front of House Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our front of house operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a background in hospitality, with a passion for creating memorable experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily front of house operations, ensuring high standards of service and cleanliness are maintained. Assist in training and mentoring staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Oversee food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations. Manage guest interactions, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless communication regarding food preparation and service. Maintain inventory levels for front of house supplies and assist with ordering as needed. Implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.

Skills

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel or restaurant setting. Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide team members. Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with guests and staff alike. Experience in bartending or food preparation is advantageous. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A genuine passion for hospitality and providing outstanding guest experiences.

Pay: 15.00-16.00 per hour
