We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to support the smooth operation of our hospitality establishment. Duties



Assist in overseeing daily food and beverage operations, ensuring high standards of service and quality. Support the supervision of staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management. Coordinate food preparation and cooking processes to meet safety and quality standards. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all kitchen and service areas. Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and oversee food production to minimise waste. Serve as a point of contact for guests, addressing enquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Support the organisation of special events or functions, including menu planning and staffing. Collaborate with the senior management team to develop new menus or promotional initiatives. Assist in maintaining health and safety protocols across all food and beverage outlets.

Experience



Proven experience in supervising or managing within a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality environment. Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations. Experience in food safety standards, food production, and service delivery. Familiarity with hospitality management systems is advantageous. Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively. Previous experience in restaurant or hotel settings, including barista or serving roles, is desirable. Knowledge of culinary techniques and hospitality best practices is essential. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent organisational skills, a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences, and the ability to lead by example within a fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: 33,000.00-36,000.00 per year

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
