We are searching for a hands-on, passionate, and ambitious Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to lead the front-of-house operations for the next era at The Inverkip.

We are looking for someone who feels deeply connected to the experience of great service, is energised by quality food and Scottish hospitality, and who leads by example with pride, attention to detail, and creativity.

What you will be doing:

Act as Duty Manager, responsible for the secure opening and closing of the premises.

Leading the restaurant and bar operations with energy and professionalism, ensuring every guest experience is seamless, memorable, and authentic.

Coaching, developing, and nurturing your team, championing a culture of continuous learning, warmth, and service pride.

Creating operational efficiencies while enhancing the guest experience.

Taking ownership of health & safety, hygiene, budgets, and performance.

Hosting the floor - reading the room, supporting your team, and welcoming our guests with genuine, authentic hospitality.

Who we are looking for:

A food & beverage management professional with strong hands-on experience in similar settings.

Someone with excellent communication skills and a naturally hospitable persona.
