The Football Fun Factory is seeking enthusiastic & energetic coaches to work within our weekly training programmes in the Swansea area.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for inspiring children, love football and want to make a positive impact in the community & have experience in working with children.

The Football Fun Factory provides incredible childhood experiences in the form of evening Football Fun & Development sessions, Possible extra hours with after school clubs, Football birthday parties and events.

We prioritise FUN over Development!

Our ethos is all about creating an incredible environment where children can express themselves, play, make friends and have fun.

Salary:

15.00 - 20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Holidays Working hours when needed - Mondays 5pm- 6pm at Pentrehafod School, Wednesdays 4pm-5pm at Underhill Park, Mumbles Thursdays 5pm-6pm at Pontarddulais School. Weekend may be available with our Tots Football Fun program. Possible hours available for Birthday parties and events including Fun Camp days,

Requirements:

working with children: 2 years (preferred) Previous experience in sports coaching, is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate children effectively. A positive attitude with a passion for mentoring young children. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment. Strong organisational skills to manage training sessions effectively. A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment that promotes diversity within the group.
