Duties
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
- Help maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene in accordance with health regulations.
- Oversee food preparation and production processes to ensure quality and consistency.
- Train and support team members in culinary techniques and customer service best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to create innovative menu items that enhance the dining experience.
- Implement promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or restaurant industry.
- Strong knowledge of culinary practices, food safety regulations, and food preparation techniques.

- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
