We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Assistant Front of House Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests while supporting the Front of House Manager in daily operations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality, with a passion for food and excellent leadership skills.

Duties

Assist in overseeing daily front of house operations, ensuring high standards of service and hospitality. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and encouraging professional development. Manage food preparation and production processes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, bar, and service stations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for guest satisfaction. Support inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Assist in implementing promotional events and special menus to enhance guest experiences.

Experience

Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is essential. Supervising experience with a proven track record in team management is highly desirable. Culinary experience or food production knowledge is an advantage, particularly in food preparation and cooking. Familiarity with food safety standards and practices is required. Experience in barista duties or hotel environments would be beneficial but not mandatory. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team while maintaining high service standards.
