Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the smooth and efficient management of the Front Office department, ensuring that guest services meet our high standards of excellence.
Supervise and train the Front of House team, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.
Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally.
Monitor and maintain team members performance, ensuring there is continual development.
Collaborate with other departments, including Housekeeping, Concierge, and F&B, to enhance the overall guest experience.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
The ideal candidate would have managerial experience in a busy luxury environment.
