Mr Tyre are a leading independently owned chain of tyre and auto service centres. We operate throughout Central England and have 40 Auto Service centres. We have been trading since 1971 and we supply and fit many thousands of tyres and vehicle parts per month. Specialising in Tyres, Brakes, Servicing, Suspension, Air-Conditioning and MOT Testing, we cover all car, van and 4x4 vehicles. We use extensive diagnostic equipment and support our staff with regular training courses.

We now have a vacancy for an Assistant Manager at our Wolverhampton branch and would welcome suitable applicants to apply.

Experience in the fast fit and motor vehicle repair industry is essential, so please apply if you have at least 3 years experience and would like a successful career working with a professional company.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Branch Manager to manage the overall operations of the branch, including sales, customer service, and administrative tasks
- Work with and motivate a team of employees to deliver outstanding customer service
- Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations
- Build strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business

Experience:

- Tyre and Mechanical repairs experience
- Level 3 Motor vehicle qualifications would be an advantage

-MOT tester would be a advantage
- Excellent organisational abilities to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and good customer service principles
- Ability to adapt to changing business needs and work in a fast-paced environment

- You must have your own tools

- Carrying out digital health checks on every vehicle
