We're on the lookout for a passionate and proactive

Assistant General Manager

with leadership qualities, a love for customer service, and a solid grip on admin basics to join our high-energy cafe in

Earl's Court

.

At Over Under, we serve some of London's best coffee and brunch that slaps, but we're about much more than that. We're a tight, fast-paced team where everyone jumps into every part of the cafe, from dialling in espresso to smashing it in the kitchen and keeping our customers smiling.

What You'll Be Doing:

Leading by example in customer service: warm welcomes, smooth service, happy guests. Supporting daily operations across front of house, coffee, and kitchen service. Helping manage the shift and team vibe: keeping energy high and operations slick. Handling basic admin duties: receiving invoices, placing orders, assisting with stock takes, and keeping records up to date. Keeping the cafe clean, efficient, and always ready for the rush.
What We're Looking For:

A natural people person who genuinely enjoys delivering great customer experiences. Leadership potential - you're organised, positive, and know how to motivate a team. Good with admin and detail - confident checking deliveries, managing stock, and following procedures. A solid multi-tasker who thrives under pressure and stays cool when it gets busy. A flexible team player with a can-do attitude who's always up for learning something new. Ideally based in South West London and able to reliably commute to Earl's Court.
Shifts (No late nights!):

6:30am - 5:30pm 7:30am - 5:30pm (Weekends) 8:00am - 5:00pm Full-time
