The Role:
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of the business
- Ensure excellent food & beverage service and an outstanding guest experience
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver consistently high standards
- Be hands-on during busy service periods
- Assist with day-to-day operations, including staffing, training, and service management
- Strong F&B experience in pub, restaurant, or high-volume venues
- Committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences
