Addington Palace Golf Club is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as the Head PGA Assistant. As one of the premier golf clubs in the United Kingdom, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional service and a memorable golfing experience to our members and guests.

Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Golf Professional in managing all aspects of the golf operation.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Conduct individual and group golf lessons, clinics, and junior programs.
- Assist in organizing and running golf tournaments and events.
- Maintain the golf shop inventory and assist with merchandising.
- Manage the tee sheet and ensure efficient and smooth golf course operations.
- Assist in the management and maintenance of golf carts and other golf-related equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to enhance the overall golf experience.

Requirements:

- PGA qualification is essential.
- Proven experience in a similar role within the golf industry.
- Strong knowledge of golf rules, etiquette, and tournament operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team and lead a team when required.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in using golf management software and computer applications.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: 12,500.00-15,500.00 per year
