Your Mission

As the Assistant Head Concierge, you are the face of our destination, the connector between our guests and the very best of London. You'll lead our Concierge team to deliver personalised, boundary-pushing experiences that surprise, delight, and leave a lasting impact.



What You'll Do
Lead the Concierge team at ME London's vibrant core, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional guest engagement. Create and implement a destination experience strategy, delivering unforgettable and bespoke experiences that reflect our guests' desires and London's dynamic spirit. Personally handle VIP guest requests, tailoring every touchpoint and applying upselling/cross-selling techniques to drive revenue while exceeding expectations. Own and resolve guest incidents with empathy and flair, always aligning with ME brand standards. Champion Voice of the Customer initiatives and lead improvement strategies based on guest feedback. Monitor competitor trends and continuously research new experiences to keep ME London ahead of the curve. Oversee department inventories and optimise resource management, including seasonal closure and reopening procedures.



What You Bring

A proven track record in luxury hospitality, ideally in a high-energy, lifestyle-driven environment. Deep, insider knowledge of London's cultural, culinary, and entertainment scenes--you don't just know the city; you live it. A passion for creativity, personalisation, and making the impossible feel effortless. Strong leadership, communication, and guest-centric thinking. Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
