Ardingly College seeks an outstanding Assistant Head: EYFS to lead and inspire our Nursery and Reception team. This is a classroom-based leadership role (0.75 FTE teaching) with responsibility for curriculum, compliance, and team development. You'll be an experienced EYFS leader with a passion for early years education and a commitment to excellence.

About You:

You will be an outstanding classroom practitioner with:

Level 6 qualification (e.g. QTS, EYTS, or EYPS) Significant EYFS leadership experience with demonstrable impact Comprehensive knowledge of the EYFS Statutory Framework Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a team Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
