Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sports coaching and a desire to educate and inspire young gymnasts. This role involves developing training programmes, teaching gymnastics skills, and fostering a positive and encouraging environment for all participants.

Responsibilities

Design and implement training sessions tailored to the skill levels of individual gymnasts. Teach fundamental gymnastics techniques, including tumbling, balance beam, and vaulting. Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve their skills and confidence. Ensure the safety of all participants during training sessions by maintaining a clean and organised training area. Foster teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship among gymnasts. Monitor the progress of each gymnast and adjust training plans as necessary. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any areas for improvement. Stay updated on the latest coaching techniques and gymnastics trends to enhance training methods.

Skills

Proven experience in sports coaching, preferably in gymnastics or related disciplines. Strong ability to educate and motivate students of varying ages and skill levels. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail. A passion for gymnastics and a commitment to promoting physical fitness among youth.
