What You'll Bring to the Mat:

A

Level 2 Gymnastics Coaching Qualification

or above Experience working with children in a coaching environment Bonus points if you've worked with children with additional needs A PVG Check is helpful (but don't worry--we'll cover the cost if you need one!)
What You'll Be Doing:

Leading fun, inclusive gymnastics sessions for children of all ages Creating a safe, supportive, and exciting space for learning Adapting techniques to suit all abilities and needs Collaborating with fellow coaches to deliver high-quality, engaging sessions Keeping track of attendance and participant progress Living and breathing YMCA values every step (and tumble) of the way
