Required for January 2026 - permanent, full-time

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to support our Head of Rowing in providing a high quality and inclusive coaching programme.


The ideal candidate will:

hold a UKCC Level 2 qualified rowing coach have experience of teaching and advising on rowing and sculling technique at all junior levels have experience and understanding of fitness training and compiling appropriate training programmes have experience of assembling successful crews have experience of boat rigging and ability to set up optimally the rig of any type of boat have experience or the willingness to learn to tow the trailer as per boat club logistics

This is a full-time position working all year round. Flexibility is essential to fulfill the responsibilities of the role, including working on Saturdays. We offer a friendly and inclusive working environment, and our benefits package includes a salary of 28,000-32,000 commensurate with experience, 5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays, professional development opportunities, free lunch when school is in session, and free use of the school gym.
