Assistant Headteacher

who is as enthusiastic and passionate about our mission, ensuring every child, whatever their background, receives a high quality education.

Applying your creativity and imagination you'll demonstrate how to motivate, challenge and empower staff and students; combining professional integrity with high expectations of yourself and others. As Assistant Headteacher you will play a significant role in improving the quality of teaching and pupils' learning, together with promoting the vision, values and aspirations of the school and its wider community.

This is a rare opportunity in a key leadership role within the trust, and will provide the right Assistant Headteacher an excellent platform for further promotion.

The ideal Assistant Headteacher will be someone who is:

Able to inspire others to follow through strong communication skills, good influencing skills and clear thinking An excellent classroom practitioner with a real interest in pedagogy, with the energy and charisma to lead and motivate others Able to develop positive relationships with both children and staff Understanding of the educational, welfare and social needs of the children whom we are supporting Enthusiastic and committed to working as part of a team Able to think analytically and creatively Committed to raise the achievement of all students of all abilities Committed to the safeguarding and well-being of all pupils
