Responsibilities
Assist in managing hotel operations, including food and beverage, reception and housekeeping
Supervise and train staff to ensure high levels of service and adherence to hotel policies.
Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with the Hotel Manager to develop strategies for improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the hotel premises.
Participate in human resources activities such as recruitment, performance evaluations, and staff development initiatives.
Skills
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
Strong background in hotel operations with a focus on guest services.
Excellent leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members effectively.
Multilingual or bilingual skills are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
Knowledge of human resources practices related to hiring and staff management.
